Today's Game: The Dodgers continue their series against the Memphis Redbirds at 7:05 p.m. at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The series is tied, 1-1. Tonight is the first $2 Thursday of the season. Soft drinks, bottled water, and select 16-ounce beers are $2 each.

Last Game: Memphis sent the Dodgers to a 7-2 loss Wednesday to even the series between the teams at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The Redbirds scored first and never trailed in the game. Redbirds starting pitcher Jeremy Hefner (2-0) earned the win, holding the Dodgers to two runs and four hits over six innings. He walked one and struck out six batters. Memphis took a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning on a RBI single by Nick Martini. Memphis built on its lead in the fifth inning thanks to a two-run double by Jonathan Rodriguez and a RBI single by Mike Ohlman to open up a 4-0 advantage. The Dodgers collected three straight singles to open the bottom of the fifth inning, including a RBI single to right field by Jack Murphy to cut Memphis' lead to 4-1. Oklahoma City then added a run when pinch hitter James Ramsey grounded into a double play. The Redbirds loaded the bases in the top of the seventh inning with none out and then added two more runs. Martini hit into a fielder's choice to bring home a run and Ohlman followed with a sacrifice fly. The Redbirds scored their final run of the night in the top of the eighth inning on a RBI single by Carlos Peguero for a 7-2 lead. Dodgers starting pitcher Sam LeCure (0-1) allowed four runs and five hits over 4.1 innings. He walked four and had four strikeouts.

Today's Probable Pitcher: Jeremy Kehrt tries for his second win of the young season in his third start...Kehrt last pitched Friday against Nashville in OKC's home opener. He tossed five frames, allowing two runs on five hits with four walks and four strikeouts in a no decision...In his team debut April 10 in Nashville, Kehrt put together six scoreless innings to lead the way in a 3-1 victory. He allowed three hits, walked one and struck out two Sounds batters. Kehrt did not allow an extra-base hit and induced three ground ball double plays to tie his career high. The Sounds only put one runner in scoring position...Kehrt spent the entire 2015 season with Double-A Tulsa and went 7-8 with a 3.46 ERA over 119.2 IP. He was selected as a Texas League Mid-Season All-Star and ranked among Texas League qualifiers in WHIP (1.22, 3rd), ERA (4th), starts (22, T-10th) and strikeouts (94, 10th)...Kehrt was originally selected in the 47th round of the 2008 draft by the Red Sox from the University of Southern Indiana. He was traded to the Dodgers on Aug. 9, 2014...Tonight is Kehrt's first career appearance against the Redbirds.

The Dodgers and Redbirds split their first series of the season April 11-14 in Memphis. OKC won the first two games before the Redbirds responded with wins in the final two meetings...Corey Brown and Alex Hassan each had five hits. Lars Anderson and Rob Segedin each homered...Memphis first baseman Jonathan Rodriguez went 5-for-12 with a home run and four RBI...In 2015, the Dodgers went 4-4 in Bricktown against Memphis and went on to win the season series, 9-7. OKC won seven of the first eight meetings between the teams before losing six of the last eight games against the Redbirds...OKC has won the last three season series.

Crawford Again Rehabbing Locally (C.A.R.L.): Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford is expected to play tonight in the first game of his rehab assignment. Crawford appeared in five games this season, going 3-for-11 with two RBI before being placed on the Disabled List April 9 with a back injury. Over a 14-year Major League career, Crawford has been a four-time All-Star and won a Gold Glove in 2010. He has been with the Dodgers since coming over in a trade with Boston on Aug. 25, 2012...Crawford played in eight games with OKC last season while recovering from an oblique strain. He batted .367 with four extra-base hits and six RBI.

Segedin's Surge: Rob Segedin is 6-for-11 with two doubles over his last three games and has hit safely in six straight games, going 10-for-24 (.417) with three multi-hit games during the stretch. Segedin has struck out just once in the past three games after collecting at least two strikeouts in eight of his first nine starts. He leads the Dodgers with 14 hits.

What Can Brown Do For You?: Corey Brown connected on his second triple of the season Wednesday, as he went 2-for-4 with a stolen base. Brown currently leads the team with five multi-hit games, and in his last six games, he is hitting .444 (8-for-18). Against Memphis pitching this season, Brown is 9-for-18 with three extra-base hits and two RBI.

Barn(es) Burner: In his three first games with OKC this season, catcher Austin Barnes has had an immediate impact, going 4-for-10 with a RBI double, a triple, a stolen base, and two runs scored. He's also drawn two walks and has reached base in six of 12 plate appearances. Barnes was optioned by the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday. He made his first career ML Opening Day roster this season and went 2-for-15 over six games. Last season with OKC, Barnes led the team with a .315 batting average and .386 on-base percentage. He was selected as a PCL Mid-Season and Post-Season All-Star, becoming the first OKC player to be named a Post-Season All-Star since 2010.

Cup of Joe: Veteran lefty reliever Joe Thatcher was added to active roster today after signing with the Dodgers as a minor league free agent on April 16. Thatcher has appeared in 405 career ML games with the Padres, Diamondbacks, Angels, and Astros and owns a career 11-16 record with a 3.38 ERA. He was signed during the off-season by the Cleveland Indians, but was released March 27...Thatcher takes the spot of reliever Luis Avilan, who was recalled to the Los Angeles Dodgers earlier today.

Two and 'Cue: Last night, the Dodgers were held to two runs and have now scored two or fewer runs in five of the first 13 games. The team is last in the PCL in runs scored (39) and is now 1-4 when scoring two or fewer runs.

Kontakt Issues: The Dodgers offense leads the PCL with 130 strikeouts. Among all minor league teams who have played a maximum of 13 games, only High-A Bakersfield (142) and Triple-A Charlotte (138) have struck out more. They have struck out at least 10 times in seven of the first 13 games of the season.

Thievery Corporation: The Dodgers have stolen at least one base in 11 of the first 13 games and have 13 total stolen bases this season...Memphis swiped four bags last night, after the Dodgers had allowed five stolen bases total through the first 12 games.
