
OHL Announces 2021 Exhibition Game Schedule

(Peterborough, ON) - Today, the Ontario Hockey League announced the exhibition games schedule ahead of the 2021-22 regular season.
The Petes will play six exhibition games in total, three at home and three on the road.
The 2021 OHL Exhibition Game Schedule is subject to change, including potential for additional games to be added at a later date. All games will appear in the digital schedule closer to the commencement of the exhibition season.

Thur. Sept. 16 - Kingston at Peterborough, 7:05 pm -
Fri. Sept. 17 - Peterborough at Sudbury, 7:05 pm -
Thur. Sept. 23 - Sarnia at Peterborough, 7:05 pm -
Sat. Sept. 25 - Peterborough at Kingston, 7:00 pm -
Fri. Oct 1. - Peterborough at Sarnia, 7:05 pm
In response to the exhibition schedule, Petes Head Coach Rob Wilson said, "It is such a great feeling of life getting back to normal, and doing the things we love doing, hockey being one of them. It's such an exciting moment."
Tickets for Petes home preseason games will go on sale prior to Petes Training Camp in August. Tickets can be purchased for 2021-22 regular season games now by contacting Mike Kosciesza at mkosciesza@gopetesgo.com or call (705) 743-3681 ext. 263.
For the 2021-22 season, playing preseason games at the Peterborough Memorial Centre will offer a controlled environment that will ensure the Petes can provide the safest experience for players, staff, fans, and volunteers as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team looks forward to resuming the practice of partnering with various municipalities and minor hockey associations in Peterborough and the Kawarthas to host preseason games at community arenas in future years.
The Petes will welcome the Sudbury Wolves and first overall draft pick Quentin Musty for their home opener on Thursday, October 14 at 7:05 pm. Tickets are now on sale for the 2021-22 season.
