Nailers Announce Weekend Ticket Special

Wheeling, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, the proud AA affiliate of the Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins, are announcing a special ticket promotion for this weekend's big three-game homestand.

Any fan buying a ticket for the Friday or Saturday night games this weekend will get in to Sunday's game for half-price! That's right. Just bring in your used ticket from the Friday, January 15 or Saturday, January 16 games and you get half off any equal or lesser value ticket to the Nailers game on Sunday, January 17 at 3:05 against the Elmira Jackals.

Or you can purchase your half-priced tickets for Sunday's game ahead of time when by showing your Friday or Saturday night game tickets.

Sunday is also a Family FunDay featuring an open-skate after the game with the Nailers players so don't forget to bring your skates and gloves.

It's all part of an exciting hockey weekend with your hometown team, the Wheeling Nailers!

The homestand begins this Friday at 7:35 as the Nailers host Bryan "Boomer" Ewing and the Toledo Walleye. It's a WTRF-Friday Family 4-Pack night for that game.

Then on Saturday at 7:35 the Nailers tangle with our old rivals, the Johnstown Chiefs on Nailers Ski-Cap giveaway night for the first 2500 fans courtesy of WesBanco.

And the homestand concludes with the Sunday afternoon game at 3:05 against the Elmira Jackals with all fans getting in for only half-price if they show a used ticket from either the Friday or Saturday night games.

The Nailers are on a three game winning streak and have also won seven of their last eight game. Wheeling also has a five game win streak at home thanks to the support of fans like you. So come out and cheer for your hometown team in this exciting stretch of games at WesBanco Arena on Friday, Saturday and Sunday including a half-price game Sunday afternoon.
