
Nagy, Zajac Recalled to Albany

ALBANY, NY - Forwards Kory Nagy and Darcy Zajac have been recalled from Trenton to the Albany Devils. The announcement was made by Albany and Trenton General Manager Chris Lamoriello.
Nagy, 21, returns to the AHL level after playing 31 games for New Jersey's top developmental team in 2009-10. In his rookie season, he registered two goals and four assists. The London, Ont. native, has played in 14 games for Trenton this year and has tallied three goals and four assists. Nagy is a 2008 fifth-round draft pick (142 overall) by New Jersey.
Zajac, 24, has appeared in 14 games for Trenton this season, posting two goals and six assists. Last season, he finished his four-year college career at the University of North Dakota. While playing for the Fighting Sioux, Zajac appeared in 166 games and totaled 24 goals and 30 assists and helped win a WCHA Championship in 2010. He is from Winnipeg, Man. and is the young brother of Devils' center Travis Zajac.
Albany hosts Binghamton tonight at the Times Union Center at 7 p.m.
