Mizzi Re-Signs With Sound Tigers

BRIDGEPORT, CT – The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have re-signed Center Preston Mizzi to a professional tryout contract. This will be the third stint in Bridgeport for Mizzi who has one assist and two penalty minutes in two AHL games with the Sound Tigers, as well as seven goals, 15 assists, 22 points and 40 penalty minutes in 35 games with the ECHL's Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies this season.

The Sound Tigers will host the Lowell Lock Monsters tomorrow at 7:35 p.m. and the Albany River Rats Saturday at 7:05 p.m. Both of this weekend's games will be broadcast live on 600 WICC-AM and at www.soundtigers.com.

Sound Tigers individual-game tickets are on sale at the Harbor Yard box office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and on all game days, as well as on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 203-368-1000.
