Minnesota Wild Reassigns Jordan Schroeder to Iowa

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned forward Jordan Schroeder (pronounced SHRAY-duhr) to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).

  Schroeder, 25 (9/29/90), was recalled yesterday, but did not appear in the Wild's overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning last night. He has tallied one goal in 11 games with Minnesota this season and totaled 14 points (7-7=14) in 20 games with Iowa. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn., recorded eight points (3-5=8) and a plus-9 rating in 25 games with Minnesota last season and owns 24 points (10-14=24) and a plus-1 rating in 92 career NHL contests with Vancouver and the Wild.

  Minnesota plays the third contest of its four-game road trip tonight, visiting the Florida Panthers at 5 p.m. CT on FOX Sports North and KOOL 108 FM.
