Rockford Aviators News Release
Michael Hur's inside the park home run capped his 3-hit day and sparked a 6-4 win for the Rockford Aviators (4-18), forcing a game three rubber match in Southern Illinois (11-12) on Thursday night. It was the first game for Rockford this season in which any individual player had more than three hits in a game.
Hur finished the night only a triple shy of the cycle. Jereme Millons also had a pair of hits and RBI's on the evening.
Nick Anderson picked up the win and improved to 1-2 in three starts. Over 5.2 innings, Anderson struck out four and allowed four earned runs.
The Aviators trailed 3-1 after two innings, but outscored Southern Illinois 5-1 down the stretch for their first comeback win of 2013.
