Peoria, IL (November 4, 2006) - Director of Merchandise/Game Operations/Community Relations Angie Sammons announced today that the merchandise section of the team's Web site - www.rivermen.net - is now fully functional and available for season ticket holder and fan use.

All of the new Rivermen merchandise for 2006-07 is available online in all styles and sizes, including jerseys, T-shirts, sweatshirts, infant and toddler clothing, hats, collectibles and other accessories.

The Rivermen host the rival Chicago Wolves on Saturday, November 4. Game time is 8:00 p.m. at Carver Arena. The Red Panda Acrobat will appear and perform during the first intermission, and it is also the 25 Greatest Rivermen of All-Time, presented by U.S. Cellular, Card Set giveaway. The third card, Guy Hebert, will be handed out to the first 2,500 fans. On Sunday, November 5, the Rivermen welcome the Iowa Stars to Carver Arena at 4:00 p.m. in the first Insight Family Day. Families will receive four (4) Upper Bowl Center tickets, four (4) hot dogs, four (4) Cokes and four (4) bags of Kitchen Cooked chips for just $38 (A $70 value). There is also a post-game skate with the Rivermen.

Rivermen season ticket plans are still available with 1) the 25th Anniversary package (25 games), 2) a 12-game package, 3) a seven-game package and 4) undated voucher books (denominations of 20 vouchers). Packages start at just $75 per seat.
