The Mavericks look to keep their unbeaten streak alive when they head to BOK Center and take on the Oilers Tuesday night. Missouri is 3-0-1 in their last four games and took five of a possible six points against the Colorado Eagles this weekend. After starting the season 5-0-1 against the Oilers, the Mavericks have lost two straight one-goal games to Tulsa. Through eight games, the Mavericks are averaging 37.5 shots compared to a 25.3 average for the Oilers. Tuesday's matchup is the ninth and final game between the teams this season.

Missouri hosts the defending champions for the second and final time at Independence Events Center Friday night. The Mavericks defeated the Rush in their only meeting of the season, 3-1, at the IEC on January 15. Rapid City is the hottest team in the CHL right now having won 10 straight games, and the streak could be 11 straight before they head to Missouri if the Rush beat the Colorado Eagles on Tuesday night at home.

Missouri will look to win their first game against the Mudbugs this season in the third and final meeting. The Mudbugs have won both games in the season series by a combined score of 8-2, but the teams have not played since November 23, 2010. Bossier has used the second and third periods to defeat the Mavericks this season outscoring Missouri 5-0 combined in those two periods. Overall, the Mavericks are 2-5-0 against the Mudbugs all-time and 1-2-0 at Independence Events Center.

Berry has five goals and an assist during the streak, but more importantly, his goals have come in key situations. He scored the game winner in each of the Mavericks' three wins this week.
Fourth place - The Mavericks are currently tied for fourth place in the Turner Conference, but the standings change almost daily. Missouri is tied with Bloomington with 53 points, but the Mavericks are just two points shy of third-place Quad City. The Wichita Thunder are one point behind the Mavericks, and the Dayton Gems and Fort Wayne Komets are not far behind with 48 and 47 points respectively.
Sellout Streak - The Mavericks have sold out Independence Events Center eight straight times and 12 times overall this season. Missouri is ranked second in the league averaging 5,355 fans per contest.
Shutout streak - This week, Mavericks' goaltender Robby Nolan set a franchise record with a shutout streak of 125:28. He earned his third shutout of the season last Tuesday against Mississippi and he did not allow a goal for a total of 125:28. The streak broke the previous record of 120 minutes set during the Mavericks' inaugural season. Nolan is currently ranked first in the CHL with a 2.29 goals-against average, his three shutouts are tied for the team lead and his .919 save percentage ranks fourth in the league.
