Mavericks' Parker Milner Returns to Missouri

INDEPENDENCE, MISSOURI - The Missouri Mavericks announced Thursday morning that net-minder, Parker Milner, has been returned on loan to Missouri by their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate-the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.

Milner, 25, has played 12 games (1.67 GAA, .938 SV%) for the Mavericks this season, and appeared in 5 games (2.78 GAA, .909 SV%) for the Sound Tigers. Milner took an even split in his 4 AHL starts, with 2 wins and 2 losses for Bridgeport. The Pittsburgh, PA native has had two call-ups to Bridgeport this season, Oct. 17 to Oct. 23 and Dec. 27 to Feb. 11.

Goaltender Stephon Williams has been recalled to the Sound Tigers by the NHL New York Islanders.

The Mavs play their next seven games at home, beginning this weekend with a three-game back-to-back-to-back series Friday, Feb. 12 (7:05p.m.), Saturday, Feb. 13 (7:05p.m.), and Sunday, Feb. 14 (4:05p.m.) against the Indy Fuel.

Friday night is Andrew Courtney bobble head night! The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a limited edition Andrew Courtney bobble head upon entrance. Doors open at 6:00p.m. at Silverstein Eye Centers Arena.
