ORLANDO, Fla. - The Missouri Mavericks have produced two overtime wins on the Florida leg of their five-game road trip, and have erased third-period deficits in each win. Tonight they go for their third straight road win, and fourth overall, in the second of back-to-back games with the Solar Bears.

CHECKING THE RIVALRY

The Mavericks are facing the Solar Bears tonight for the second of two meetings this season, both on the road, and the second time in the history of either team. The Mavericks and Solar Bears have been in the ECHL for a combined six years with Orlando joining in 2012 and the Mavericks in 2014. The Mavericks are the only non-South Division opponent that the Solar Bears have faced to this point of the season. The Mavericks, meanwhile, have played 11 of their first 14 games (78%) against non-divisional opponents. The Mavericks pushed their win streak to three with last night's win while the Solar Bears are 2-2-1 in their last five (all on home ice). Orlando has played 9 of its first 13 at home while Missouri has played 9 of its first 14 on the road.

ONE-TIMER * 10 of the Mavericks' last 14 goals in their prior four games have been scored by rookies. Of those 10, three (Kevin Tansey, Ryan Obuchowski & Shawn Pauly) were the skater's first pro goal.
