
Mavericks Assign Anderson and Mejri to the Texas Legends

DALLAS - The Dallas Mavericks announced today that they have assigned guard Justin Anderson and center Salah Mejri to the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League.
Anderson (6-6, 228) is averaging 2.1 points, 1.1 rebounds and 6.4 minutes in 17 games (one start) for Dallas this season. The rookie guard scored a career-high 11 points (4-4 FGs, 1-1 3FGs, 2-2 FTs) in 15 minutes at New Orleans on Nov. 10.
Mejri (7-2, 235) has seen action in five games for the Mavericks this year and is averaging 1.0 rebound in 3.9 minutes per game.
Anderson and Mejri will join the Legends and be available for Friday's game when they take on the Reno Big Horns at 7 p.m. CT at Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco.
