NBA TV to Televise NBA Development League Showcase 2016 Presented by Samsung

NBA TV will televise a record 12 live games from the NBA Development League Showcase 2016 presented by Samsung, beginning Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 1:00 p.m. ET with the Idaho Stampede vs. the Canton Charge. Overall, the five-day showcase held at Santa Cruz's Kaiser Permanente Arena will feature each of the league's 19 teams playing two regular-season games apiece.
The 12th annual event will resume with a full four-game NBA TV slate on Thursday, Jan. 7, with games at 1, 3:30, 8 and 10:30 p.m. and two games per day on Friday, Jan. 8, Saturday, Jan. 9, and Sunday, Jan 10, at 1 and 3:30 p.m.
The NBA D-League Showcase 2016 presented by Samsung affords players and coaches the opportunity to display their skills in front of general managers and player personnel executives from all 30 NBA teams. More than 45 NBA D-League players have earned GATORADE Call-Ups during or in the days immediately following the last 11 NBA D-League Showcases.
