Matthews/Top NHL Prospects to Take Batting Practice with the Bisons Wednesday, June 22

The Buffalo Bisons and Buffalo Sabres today announced that Auston Matthews and several of the top National Hockey League prospects in town for Friday's 2016 NHL Draft at First Niagara Center are scheduled to take batting practice with the Bisons at Coca-Cola Field on Wednesday, June 22.

The batting practice will take place at 3:00 p.m. with the Bisons game against the Louisville Bats scheduled for 7:05 p.m. Matthews is also scheduled to throw out the Ceremonial First Pitch prior to Wednesday's game.

Fans with a game ticket for Wednesday, June 22 will be allowed into Coca-Cola Field starting at 3:00 p.m. Fans can access the ballpark through the Pettibones Grille Entrance ONLY! Tickets can be purchased at Bisons.com, by calling (716) 843-HERD of by visiting the Coca-Cola Field Box Office.

Along with Matthews, top prospects Patrick Laine, Jesse Puljujarvi, Matthew Tkachuk, Pierre-Luc Dubois and Alexander Nylander are all scheduled to take batting practice with the Bisons on Wednesday.
