Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (40-31) play Game 2 of a four-game series at Harbor Park against the Norfolk Tides (26-45), whom the Pigs defeated, 2-1, in a three-game home series from May 30 to June 1... With a 5-4 win in 10 innings last night, the Pigs have started 1-0 on this seven-day, South Division road trip. The Pigs own the second-best record in the IL in June (14-6; Rochester 14-5) and sport a 25-14 record since May 12 after starting 15-17... The Tides -- Baltimore's top affiliate -- snapped their three-game winning streak. Still, the Tides have also won five of their last seven contests after a 7-18 skid from May 17 to June 12.
RHP Jake Thompson (5-5, 3.18) will start for LHV against LHP Andy Oliver (0-0, 2.08).
First-Pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
