"Manager Cell Phone Night" Headlines Second Storm Chasers Homestand of 2013

OMAHA, Neb. - YOUR Omaha Storm Chasers return to the "winning" confines of BEAUTIFUL Werner Park where they are 25-5 in the month of April, including a 5-2 start for 2013. The Chasers will face I-80 Rival the Iowa Cubs, Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs for the first time this season. All the FUN kicks off on the first "Thirsty Thursday" of the season and features the Storm Chasers take on a major change to Major League Baseball as well as the first dog-friendly game of the 2013 season!

Thursday, April 25 (6:35 pm) It's Thirsty Thursday where fans can enjoy $2 Bud Light and Budweiser cans along with 16 oz. Bud Light draws prior to the sixth inning and $1 Pepsi products all night. It's also "Manager Cell Phone Night." In honor of all Major League Baseball "Calls to the Bullpen" happening on cell phones this season, the Omaha Storm Chasers are offering any one who brings in a rotary phone or old cell phone for donation, a buy one box seat, get one box seat for FREE ticket special. And since you can do everything on a cell phone these days, other exciting offers, deals, competitions, and games will take place at Thursday's game. Quench your thirst with great beverages, donate your old phones that are collecting dust around the house, and take in the best baseball in the Omaha Metro. For "Manager Cell Phone Night," the Storm Chasers will unveil never before heard or seen manager to manager phone calls, pocket dials, voicemails and texts on the videoboard. There will be a Facebook challenge that night for a FREE night at a future game in the Safeco Insurance/ Manager Mike Jirschele Dugout suite. If you e-mail the Team Store at the game that night (stormfront@omahastormchasers.com), you will receive a coupon for a special offer. Fans who use twitter on Thirsty Thursday and hashtag #BudLight or #Pepsi to @omastormchasers at the right time will enjoy a beverage on the house. The person who posts the best picture of Manager Mike Jirschele to Instagram will win an autographed Mike Jirschele cell phone.

Friday, April 26 (7:05 pm) It's Friday night and that can only mean one thing, FIREWORKS presented by American Family Insurance! If you have not done it, visit www.omahastormchasers.com, sign up to be the American Family Insurance Family of the Game, and you might be called as the winner of four FREE tickets to the game, a first pitch, jersey, and the starter of the postgame FIREWORKS. Sunday, April 28 (2:05 pm) Come out on U.S. Bank Family Fun Day and Huerter Orthodontics Lil' Chasers Club Day to enjoy our new Soby Travelling Ranch Petting Zoo every Sunday this season. Huerter Orthodontics Lil' Chasers Club Members get in FREE, and by showing their membership cards in the Storm Front Team Store they will receive 20% off anything in the store. Following the Cubs versus Storm Chasers game, all kids get to run the bases with Stormy presented by Hardees. Also, it's Sam's Club canned food day.
