May 28, 2004 - Midwest League (MWL1)
Clinton LumberKings News Release
It was a rough night for Clinton starter Tim Cunningham as the former Stanford star gave up five runs on two hits, two walks and a hit batsman in just an inning and a third, putting the LumberKings in a hole from which they couldn't escape.
Ian Kinsler went 3-5 with a double to drive in three and Andrew Wishy homered in a 2-4, two RBI outing.
Joldy Watts (0.93 ERA) went four innings, allowing three runs on three hits and a walk and Joel Kirsten, who has been Clinton's most reliable reliever all season, kept the Wizards scoreless through the final inning and two thirds, allowing two hits.
