Louisiana's Hamilton Suspended Two Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Tuesday that it has suspended Louisiana forward Jason Hamilton for two games and that it has fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game # 658 vs. Mississippi on January 30.

At 12:36 of the second period, Hamilton received a game misconduct under Rule 41(f), a game misconduct under Rule 73(a) and a gross misconduct under Rule 58. Hamilton is suspended two games and fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline.

Hamilton will miss Louisiana's game vs. Texas (Feb. 3) and vs. Pensacola (Feb. 6).
