
Los Angeles Lakers Assign Thomas Bryant to South Bay

EL SEGUNDO - The Los Angeles Lakers have assigned rookie center Thomas Bryant to the South Bay Lakers, it was announced today.
In 28 games (27 starts) with South Bay this season, Bryant has averaged 19.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 29.9 minutes per game. Bryant has tallied six double-doubles in the G League and grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds in South Bay's 119-93 win over the Agua Caliente Clippers on Thursday.
Bryant is expected to be in uniform for South Bay's two home games this weekend, starting tonight when they host the Sioux Falls Skyforce at 7:00 p.m. from the UCLA Health Training Center.
