FRISCO, TX -The Texas Legends (23-18) fell in the final seconds to the Salt Lake City Stars (13-29) 128-132.
The two teams got off to a hot start, each shooting above 55% in the first. Texas used a 13-point performance from Jalen Jones to take a one-point edge at the buzzer. Texas rallied back from 14 down in the fourth to come within one point, but the final seconds were decided on the free throw line and the Stars landed on top.
Ashley had a game-high 36 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 steals while Johnathan Motley added 29 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists. Jameel Warney grabbed his 20th double-double of the season with 20 points, 14 rebounds and Jones finished with 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks.
