BISMARCK, ND: La Crosse came into Saturday night's action with revenge on their mind against Bismarck. They dropped game two of their four game series the night before with a 8-6 loss. Unfortunately, things did not pan out for the Loggers as they lost 10-1.

A rematch of a June 5th pitching matchup between Tony Roca (UNF) and Carson Tonini (Minot State) took place. Both pitchers were dealing early as the ballgame was tied at 1-1 entering the bottom of the 5th thanks to a game-tying RBI double from Michael Dixon (San Diego).

The wheels would start to fall off for La Crosse. A 10 pitch, 2 out, RBI single from Jarrett Bickel (Palm Beach State) re-gave Bismarck the lead. Eli Campbell (Bradley) came on to relieve Roca. Campbell would go on to give up a 2-run homer to Ben Teel (Montevallo) and Bismarck never looked back.

The Larks would pile on 6 more runs throughout the night. Spencer Sarringar (Northern State) chipped in with a solo shot for his second home run of the year to make it 8-1 Bismarck.

Anthony Imhoff (Pima) and Jonny Rice (Permian Basin) would go on to finish off the last 3 innings out of the Loggers bullpen.

La Crosse will attempt to go for the split in game 4 of their series tomorrow with Bismarck. 4:05 first pitch.
