MOOSE JAW, SK - Tristen Robins did it again.

The San Jose Sharks prospect scored the overtime winner, Brandon Lisowsky notched his first career hat-trick, and the Saskatoon Blades beat the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-4 at Mosaic Place on Tuesday night.

It's Robins' second overtime marker of the season, and team-leading fourth game-winner. His chemistry with fellow alternate captain Kyle Crnkovic was on full display, with Crnkovic sending a pass to the front of the net, and Robins chipping it home just 35 seconds into the extra frame.

Saskatoon is back at it Wednesday, hosting Winnipeg.

The Blades are now tied with the Warriors and the Brandon Wheat Kings for second place in the East Division standings, holding three games in hand over both squads.

While Robins lifted the monkey off his back, Lisowsky continued his hot stretch of impressive hockey. The NHL draft-eligible forward is up to six goals in his last four games, including a two-goal performance in Winnipeg at the beginning of the month. He's third in team scoring with 15 goals and 21 points.

Starting his first career WHL game, Austin Elliott earned his first career victory with 35 saves. Jayden Wiens also scored for the Blades, who improve to 14-11-1-0.

Put to the test early, Elliott had the answer. The 17-year-old netminder made several key stops early in the game, including a point-blank opportunity in low on Warriors alternate captain Ryder Korczak to keep it scoreless after 20.

Korczak found a way to beat the rookie 'tender early in the second period dishing home a rebound, but the Blades responded magnificently.

Wiens led off Saskatoon's second-period scoring charge, pumping his own rebound over the pad of Carl Tetachuk to tie the game.

Just over two minutes later, Robins used his quick hands to steal the puck from behind the net and find Lisowsky alone in front. The Blades former first-round pick lifted a back-hand to the roof, giving the Blue & Gold its first lead of the game.

Lisowsky's second of the game was a rocket just 64 seconds later, one-timing a cross-ice pass from just inside the blue line.

Cole Jordan cut the Blades lead to one at the 15:04 mark of the second, but Lisowsky iced any momentum with his third of the game moments later. The Port Coquitlam, BC product took a pass from Trevor Wong in tight and chipped his hat-trick marker over the pad of the Warriors netminder, putting the Blades out in front 4-2.

Moose Jaw erased the two goal deficit in the third period with Korczak's second of the game and Martin Rysavy's ninth of the season, which came with 86 seconds to go.

Korczak led the Warriors in scoring with four points as the Warriors fall to 13-13-2-1 on the year.

In overtime, it took all of just 35 seconds for Crnkovic and Robins to connect and end it. Robins is now up to 12 goals on the season, while Crnkovic assist stretches his point-streak to four games.

The Blades will look for another strong performance on Wednesday, when they return to SaskTel Centre to host the Winnipeg ICE at 7:00pm.
