
Lightning Reassign Mitch Hults to Solar Bears

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears have announced that the Tampa Bay Lightning has reassigned forward Mitch Hults from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League to Orlando.
Hults, 23, has played in one game with Syracuse this season after the Lightning acquired him on Oct. 18 from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for future considerations. The 6-foot-2, 207-pound forward also skated in two games with Anaheim's AHL affiliate, the San Diego Gulls, producing one assist.
In 67 career pro games, Hults has recorded 36 points (13g-23a) and 18 penalty minutes.
Prior to turning pro, the Stoughton, Wisconsin native played two seasons of college hockey at Lake Superior State, where he generated 54 points (20g-34a) and 98 penalty minutes in 76 games. Hults also played junior hockey for the Madison Capitols and Indiana Ice of the United States Hockey League, where he collected 58 points (23g-35a) and 112 penalty minutes in 119 games. Hults helped Indiana capture the Clark Cup championship in 2014.
