Lemieux Assigned To Wranglers; Skilled Forward Assigned By Grand Rapids

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) announced today that center Francis Lemieux has been assigned by the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL.

Lemieux, 25, has appeared in five games this season for the Griffins, posting one assist and ten penalty minutes. Last season for the Griffins, Lemieux appeared in 58 games, posting 13 goals and 29 points. The 5-11 center has spent the previous five seasons in the AHL, appearing in 228 games with the Hamilton Bulldogs and Grand Rapids Griffins.

The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage. Follow the Wranglers on Twitter at www.twitter.com/WranglersLV.
