
Lake County Game Postponed, Doubleheader Set for May 7

Lake County Captains News Release
(DAYTON, OH) Due to inclement weather tonight's scheduled game between the Lake County Captains and Dayton Dragons has been postponed. Saturday, May 7 will now see a doubleheader at Day Air Ballpark, with first pitch at 4:05 p.m.
Lake County and Dayton were set to have first pitch at 7:05 p.m. at Day Air Ballpark on Thursday, May 5. Due to rain that began at 4:00 p.m., the field became unplayable at first pitch time. With rain also forecasted for later in the evening, the game was officially called at 7:45 p.m.
Sayurdays doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games. It will be the seventh doubleheader of the season for the Captains. Tomorrow Friday, May 6 will see one game scheduled for the original time 7:05 p.m.
