With the draw, LAFC stays unbeaten at home in the league this season and improves to 7-1-5 for 26 points. The club remains in third place in the Western Conference, two points behind first place St. Louis City.

NEWS & NOTES
With the draw, LAFC is now 7-1-5 on the season for 26 points. LAFC remains in third place in the Western Conference, two points behind first place St. Louis City and one point behind second place Seattle.
LAFC is 5-0-2 at home this season in MLS play and 7-3-2 in all competitions at BMO Stadium.
Five MLS teams have not lost a game at home this season. Those teams are LAFC, FC Cincinnati, the New England Revolution, Chicago Fire and San Jose Earthquakes.
LAFC and the Eastern Conference leading FC Cincinnati are the only two teams in MLS this season averaging at least two points per game.
Head coach Steve Cherundolo made five changes to the team that started the Concacaf Champions League Final against Leon on Sunday night. Jose Cifuentes, Erik Duenas, Ryan Hollingshead, Denil Maldonado and Mahala Opoku all came into the starting lineup, replacing Giorgio Chiellini and Carlos Vela who started on the bench as well as Kellyn Acosta, Aaron Long and Sergi Palencia who all missed out.
John McCarthy recorded his fifth clean sheet of the season. He has only allowed more than a single goal at home once in MLS play this season, with that coming in the season opener back on March 4.
McCarthy is now two shutouts shy of equaling his career total from his first seven seasons in MLS.
LAFC now have six shutouts in their 13 MLS games this season.
LAFC outshot Atlanta 22-4. The 22 shots were the second-most in a league game for LAFC this season and the third time that they registered 20 or more shots.
The 18-shot difference between the two teams was the biggest shot difference in an LAFC game this season.
Atlanta did not record a shot on target in the game. This was the first time this season that an opponent did not record a shot on target against LAFC in MLS play.
This was just the third time that LAFC have been shutout this season, with all three coming in 0-0 draws. Prior to this season, LAFC had not had a scoreless draw in MLS play since May 2019 against Chicago.
In the first five years of the club's history, LAFC played to just two 0-0 draws, one fewer than they have played this season.
LAFC and Atlanta have played one another four times since 2018 with LAFC unable to score in three of those four contests.
