Knights Select Olli Maatta 1st Overall in the 2011 CHL Import Draft

LONDON, ONTARIO: The London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has selected Finnish Defenceman Olli Maatta with the 1st Overall Selection in the 2011 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft.
Maatta, 16 was a member of Jyvaskayla in 2010-2011. Maatta stands 6.02 and weighs 198 lbs. He was a member of Team Finland Under 18 Team at the 2011 World Under 18 Championships. He was also a member of Team Finland at the 2011 World Junior Championships in Buffalo, New York.
