A native of Kingston, Ontario, the 6-foot-3, 223-pound Tripp has recorded three points (1-2=3) in nine career NHL games (all with the Rangers last season).

Smithson, 24, has played in 20 games this season with the Monarchs, where he has six points (2-4=6) and 21 penalty minutes. Smithson last season made his NHL debut with the Kings, and the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder from Vernon, British Columbia, recorded two points (both assists) and 21 penalty minutes in 22 games.

Gleason, 20, has played in 20 games this season with the Kings, his first in the NHL. The 6-foot-1, 214-pound native of Southfield, Michigan, has one point (an assist) and 11 penalty minutes.
