
Kick off Time for Timbers Round of 32 Leagues Cup 2023 Match Announced

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers announced today the kick off time in the Round of 32 of Leagues Cup 2023. The Timbers will host LIGA MX side C.F. Monterrey on Friday, Aug. 4 with a 7 p.m. (Pacific) kick off time at Providence Park. The match will be streamed live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app. Tickets for the summer tournament are available here.
Portland is set to face Mexican side C.F. Monterrey for the first time in club history. Portland has faced LIGA MX teams on 11 occasions, including eight friendly matches dating back to 2007, two Concacaf Champions League matches against Club América in May 2021 and July 26's Leagues Cup match against Tigres.
Tickets for the summer tournament will be available for purchase to the general public at 2 p.m. (Pacific) HERE. All matches will be streamed live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app in English and Spanish. To cover the match, media credential applications are now open to apply HERE. The deadline for media to apply is today, Monday, July 31 by 3 p.m. (Pacific).
