
Kelowna defeats Vancouver

The Kelowna Rockets defeated the Vancouver Giants 4-3 Friday night in front of 7,086 fans at Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver.
Adam Brown turned in a first star performance that included 38 saves as he recorded his 14th win of the season. A third period goal by Carter Rigby, his 13th, broke a 3-3 tie and propelled the Rockets to the victory.
Colton Sissons scored his 22nd of the season while Brett Bulmer had his 19th for the Rockets.Each player also added an assist. Tyson Baillie scored his sixth of the season.
The win improved the Rockets record on its current six game road trip to 3-2 while overall the club improved to 18-21-2-3, sixth place in the WHL Western Conference.
Kelowna closes out its trip with a Sunday matinee in Everett as the Rockets and Silvertips will drop the puck at 5 p.m. Sunday in Everett.
