OMAHA â The Kansas City Royals will hold their annual open tryout camp at Rosenblatt Stadium on Thursday, June 3. The camp, for players ages 16-21, will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and run until approximately 12:00 noon.
There is no fee or pre-registration required for the tryout camp, which will be conducted by Royals regional scout Brad Vaughn. American Legion players are required to bring a letter of permission signed by either their Legion coach or Post Commander.
Participants must bring their own baseball glove and spikes and should wear a baseball uniform or loose fitting pants that allow them to move freely.
