Jim Tressel to Throw First Pitch at Scrappers Game on June 24

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are excited to announce that Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel will be throwing a ceremonial first pitch at the Scrappers game on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Jim Tressel will be in attendance as a part of YSU Alumni Night with the Scrappers. In addition, the T-Shirt Tuesday Giveaway [first 500 fans] will feature a co-branded Youngstown Pride design, courtesy of Launch Local Inc. and New Dawn Design. Gates open at 6:00 pm with the game time set for 7:05 pm.
