The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following roster moves affecting Double-A Montgomery prior to their series-opener with West Tenn on Wednesday night:
OF Desmond Jennings activated from Temporarily Inactive List (Futures Game)...OF J.T. Hall transferred to Hudson Valley (Short-A) roster [24 + 2]
Jennings missed one game due to travel to St. Louis. He went 0-for-3 with a walk and three stolen bases in the XM All-Star Futures Game at Busch Stadium.
The corresponding moves leave the Biscuits at the Southern League maximum of 24 active players. Two players (Jason Perry, Brandon Chaves) are currently on the Disabled List.
