
Jacks Complete Perfect Road Trip With 5-2 Win

(North Richland Hills, TX) - Three power play goals from the Odessa Jackalopes were the difference in their 5-2 win over the Texas Brahmas at the NYTEX Sports Centre on Saturday night. Odessa swept all three games on their road trip.
Five different Jackalopes scored goals, including Sebastien Thinel, whose power play goal at 6:52 of the second period proved to be the game winner. Texas got goals from Topher Scott at 1:22 of the first period and Pete Rouleau at 19:29 of the second period on the power play.
Juha Toivonen stopped 27 of 29 Texas shots to earn his fifth win of the year in net for the Jacks.
The Jacks return to Odessa for a weekend homestand beginning Friday, November 14th against the Amarillo Gorillas at 7:05 PM. It's Islanders Jersey weekend as the Jacks players will wear special New York Islanders jerseys during their games and those jerseys will be auctioned off on Saturday night.
