Jackals Sign Defenseman Zach Josepher

ELMIRA, N.Y. - February 10, 2015 - The Elmira Jackals, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and AHL's Rochester Americans, announced today that they have signed defenseman Zach Josepher to a Standard Player Contract.
Josepher, 26, joins the Jackals with 73 games of professional experience. The 6-foot 200-pound defenseman has appeared in eight games with the Missouri Mavericks this season and recorded two assists after being traded to Missouri from the Wichita Thunder. Josepher did not skate in any games with Wichita, but did add two contests with the Pensacola Ice Flyers of the Southern Professional Hockey League. The Wantagh, New York native has collected 13 points (three goals, 10 assists) and 63 penalty minutes in 73 career games split between Pensacola, Missouri and the St. Charles Chill of the Central Hockey League.
