IN JUST A FEW HOURS...
The Elmira Jackals will try to garner a second victory in Reading this weekend as they take on the Royals at the Sovereign Center at 5:05 p.m.
THIRD PERIOD EXPLOSION
The Jackals broke open a tie game in the third period last night against the Royals by scoring five unanswered goals to defeat Reading, 7-2. Seven Jackals had multi-point games while six different players scored goals in the win.
THE THREE SCORING LEADERS
Justin Donati, Michael Dubuc, and Yannick Tifu are tied for the team lead with eight points and the trio is second in the league in the scoring department. Dubuc's six goals are tied for the league lead while Tifu's six assists are good for second place in the ECHL. Donati has scored at least two points in all four games this season.
