
Albany Loans Charleston to Trenton

ALBANY, N.Y. - The Albany Devils have loaned left-winger Dan Charleston to Trenton, the ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils. The announcement was made Sunday by Albany and Trenton General Manager Chris Lamoriello.
Charleston, who missed the first five contests for Albany, played 25 games for Trenton in 2009-10. He produced 33 points with six goals and 27 assists. Charleston made his AHL debut a year earlier, appearing in three games for Grand Rapids after finishing up his four-year career at the University of Nebraska- Omaha.
The Albany Devils begin a four-game road trip at Hartford on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. The team returns to the Times Union Center against Rochester on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m.
