MANCHESTER, NH - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, head back out on the road to complete a busy week of three games in three days and four games over a five-day span with a Sunday meeting in Manchester with the Monarchs.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
The Jackals head back out on the road for a Sunday afternoon affair against the Manchester Monarchs. Elmira opened its season-long six-game road stretch in New Hampshire with a weekend split against the East Division leading Monarchs. In the last meeting, Allan McPherson recorded his first career hat trick in a four-point effort leading the Jackals past Manchester on Super BowlSunday, 5-4. The line of McPherson, Cason Hohmann and Chris Langkow was responsible for all five Jackals' goals en route to the victory. Chris Langkow recorded a goal and two assists and Cason Hohmann posted a goal and an assist to extend his point streak to nine games. Alex Vazzano made 34 saves and earned his first career ECHL win. Elmira is 2-1-0 at Verizon Wireless Arena this season and is 3-4-0 against Manchester, which joined the ECHL this offseason. Allan McPherson leads the Jackals against the Monarchs with five goals and six points.
