April 25, 2006 - The New Orleans Zephyrs lost for the fourth-straight time by a score of 4-3, giving the visiting Albuquerque Isotopes a sweep of the series.

The Zephyrs held a early lead when they jumped out to 3-1 courtesy of consecutive RBI doubles by shortstop Josh Labandeira, second baseman Henry Mateo and first baseman Larry Broadway in the third inning.

New Orleans could not hold the lead, as the Isotopes got a solo homer from Mike Kinkade in the next inning and another run off of a fielding error to tie the ballgame at 3-3.

The lead stood until the 10th inning, when Mark Little singled to score Robert Andino and give the Isotopes the final run they would need.

Reliever Chris Resop (1-0) got his first win of the season in 1.2 innings of play. Resop allowed two hits and no runs.

Zephyrs reliever Santiago Ramirez (1-1) gets the loss as he gave up three hits and the game-winning run in the final inning.

Albuquerque wins the series 4-0. The PCL will have its off day on Wednesday, and the Zephyrs will return hom on Thursday to begin a four-game series with the defending PCL Champion Nashville Sounds. Game time Thursday is set for 7:00 PM CT.
