
Indians Host Toledo in Regular Season Home Finale

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indians will wrap up the Victory Field portion of the regular season with a two-game homestand against the Toledo Mud Hens this weekend featuring fireworks both nights, a post-game awards ceremony on Friday and the annual Shirt-Off-Our-Backs promotion after Saturday's game, which will start at 6:05 p.m.
Although this is the final homestand of the regular season, Indianapolis will return to Victory Field for the first two games of the 2012 International League playoffs, Wednesday, Sept. 5, and Thursday, Sept. 6, against the Charlotte Knights. Both games start at 7:05 p.m.
Friday, August 31 vs. Toledo 7:15 p.m.

Rally Towel Giveaway -- Special Indians rally towels will be handed out prior to the game courtesy of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance.
Post-Game Awards Program -- Following the game, the Indians will honor their top players from 2012 including the team's Most Valuable Player, Relief Pitcher and Starting Pitcher of the Year, Defensive and Offensive Player of the Year and August Player of the Month.
Friday Night Fireworks -- Stick around after the awards presentation for a spectacular fireworks show.

Finale Fireworks -- Stick around after the awards presentation for a spectacular fireworks show in celebration of the regular season home finale.
After the home finale, Indianapolis will close out the season with two game against the Bats in Louisville. The Indians will then play the first two games of the postseason at Victory Field on Wednesday, Sept. 5, and Thursday, Sept. 6.
