INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- The Louisville Bats (50-53) dropped the series finale by a score of 4-0 against the Indianapolis Indians (58-44).

The Indians took the 1-0 lead in the second after a RBI single from Kelson Brown sending home Willy Garcia. A solo homer to left by center-fielder Keon Broxton added another run for Indianapolis in the third.

A RBI double by Gustavo Nunez stretched the Indians lead to 4-0 in the fourth.

Right-hander Matt Buschmann (L, 1-4, 4.36) exited the mound for Louisville in the sixth. He allowed six hits, four earned runs, three walks, seven strike outs and one home run.

Starting on the mound for the Indians was righty Chris Volstad (W, 7-4, 3.28). He went seven innings allowing five hits and two strike outs.

The Bats head back home tomorrow to face Charlotte at 7:05 p.m. Projected to pitch for the Bats is lefty Tony Cingrani (0-0) and right-hander Scott Carroll (3-2, 2.58) for Charlotte.
