ZEBULON, N.C. - The Carolina Mudcats return home to Five County Stadium on Friday night for a brand new home stand versus the Salem Red Sox (August 3 - August 5) and Lynchburg Hillcats (August 6 - August 8). The new #MudcatsFUN home stand will feature fun promotions including House Autry Family Friday Fireworks, Muddy's Birthday Bash, Rock N' Roll Night, Aviator Sunglasses Souvenir Giveaway, Novartis Saturday Fireworks, Muddy's Buddies Kids' Club Sunday, NC Soybean Producers Association Agriculture Day, House Autry Family Fun Monday, Taco Tuesday and Dollar Dog Day.
The upcoming home stand features three games against the Salem Red Sox between Friday, August 3 and Sunday August 5. It will also feature three games versus the Lynchburg Hillcats between Monday, August 6 and Wednesday, August 8 at Five County Stadium.
The Lynchburg series, however, will additionally include a de facto doubleheader and the continuation of a suspended game on Tuesday, August 7. The suspended game, which originally began in Lynchburg on July 23, will resume in the sixth inning beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7. While, the regularly scheduled August 7 game will begin shortly after the completion of the first game (beginning no earlier than 7:00 p.m.) and will be played in its entirety through the ninth inning and beyond if necessary.
The new home stand will additionally include Teacher Appreciation Weekend as box seat tickets for teachers and their families will be discounted to $5.00. The Mudcats also plan to hose a school supply drive this weekend, with all supplies donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Zebulon. Fans who donate three or more sealed school supply items will receive $5.00 box seat tickets to one of the Teacher Appreciation Weekend games. The School Supply Drive offer is only available at the Five County Stadium box office. Teacher Appreciation Weekend runs from Friday, August 3 through Sunday, August 5.

Friday, August 3 - House Autry Family Friday Fireworks & Muddy's Birthday Bash

The Mudcats are well known for their post-game fireworks shows and the 2018 season will be no different as House Autry presents Family Friday Fireworks. Once again every Friday night home game will be followed by the best post-game fireworks show in Eastern North Carolina.
Saturday, August 4 - Rock N' Roll Night, Aviator Sunglasses Giveaway, Novartis Post-game Fireworks

Wear your sunglasses at night with the Mudcats for Rock N' Roll Tribute Night and a special Rock N' Roll Tribute game jersey on Saturday, August 4 at Five County Stadium. Rock N' Roll Tribute night will also include a special aviator sun glasses giveaway for the first 1,200 kids ages 14 and under. Saturday's game will also include a special post-game fireworks show presented by Novartis.
Sunday, August 5 - Muddy's Buddies Kids' Club Sunday, NC Soybean Producers Association Ag Day

Every Sunday home game features free tickets for members of the Muddy's Buddies Kids' Club. Muddy's Buddies Kids' Club memberships are available for kids ages 12 and under and are available online at carolinamudcats.com and by calling (919) 269-CATS (2287).
Monday, August 6 - House Autry Family Fun Night

Bring out the whole family and enjoy some #MudcatsFUN with House Autry Family Fun Nights every Monday night at Five County Stadium. Each Monday night home game in 2018 will feature free parking, $8.00 box seat tickets and special food menu items using House Autry products.
The Carolina Mudcats are the proud Carolina League, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. First established in 1991, the two-time Southern League Champion Mudcats are entering their 28th consecutive season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C. The 2018 season marks the first for the Mudcats under the ownership of the Milwaukee Brewers organization.
