
Hornqvist Reassigned to Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned rookie forward Patric Hornqvist to Milwaukee of the American Hockey League.
Hornqvist has seven points (2g-5a) in 28 games with the Predators this season, with all of his points amassed during his first stint with the club from Oct. 10-Nov. 20. In 47 games with Milwaukee, he has 35 points (17g-18a), and put together an eight-game goal streak (8g-3a) Feb. 24-March 11. The Sollentuna, Sweden native is just the ninth player to appear in an NHL contest after being selected with the final pick of an entry draft - he was chosen by the Predators with their seventh choice (230th overall) in the 2003 Entry Draft.
Hornqvist is expected to join the Admirals in Peoria where they will battle the Rivermen tonight at 7:00 pm. Milwaukee will finish up the regular season on Friday night at home against the Chicago Wolves at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center.
