Holdiay Skate This Saturday

San Diego Gulls News Release
SAN DIEGO - All fans are invited to come and skate with the San Diego Gulls Saturday at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. All players are expected to be in attendance, including head coach Steve Martinson (AKA Santa Claus).
The event takes place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and includes lunch and skate rentals for only $10. Martinson will also make a special appearance as Santa Claus. To sign-up, contact Sabrina Sherman at 619-224-4625 ext. 309. Walk-up registration is welcome, but you are encouraged to sign-up in order to reserve a spot.
The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is located at 6845 University Ave. in La Mesa. For directions, call 619-287-5762.
San Diego, again, has a long layoff before returning to action Monday at home against the Idaho Steelheads. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m. From there, the Gulls play in Long Beach Wednesday, Dec. 11 before opening a three-game homestand. All games can be heard live on 1130AM-KSDO and at www.ksdo.com with Chris Ello calling the play-by-play. The Gulls' Internet radio show broadcasts live every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on wsradio.com with Tera Black and Jeremy Zager hosting.
