
Hitmen Partner with Calgary Fire Department for Fire Prevention Week

Calgary, AB - Hitmen Hockey is back at the Saddledome with their home opener vs. the Lethbridge Hurricanes, Sunday October, 3rd at 2:00pm MST.
This 2021-22 season, the Calgary Hitmen are proud to lead the Great Neighbour Movement which celebrates the neighbours and neighborhoods that make our city of Calgary so great. Starting this Sunday the Hitmen will wear a special 3rd jersey known as the 'Great Neighbour' Jersey, designed to represent the 152 neighbourhoods in the city and surrounding area.
October 3rd also marks the beginning of Fire Prevention Week. The Hitmen would like to thank the Calgary Fire Department for being Great Neighbours and partnering with the team to hand out 400 smoke detectors to fans at the home opener on Sunday.
Sunday Fundays are also back for 17 games this season, featuring the Hitmen Fun Zone (located in section 226). Sunday Funday offers include "Farley's Family Feast" featuring $2 for cotton candy, water, pop, hot dogs and popcorn. Hitmen Hockey Happy Hour, offering additional $5 items will be available throughout the entirety of the game. Please note that Sunday Fundays will not have face painting, post-game skates, or autographs this season until further notice.
Also available this season is the Sunday Funday Family Pack. The Sunday Funday Family Pack features tickets to the Teddy Bear Toss as well as your choice of 10 Sunday games, a 2021-22 Roughnecks game, and four admissions to the Calgary Zoo.
