Help Us Fill in Our 'Missing Moments in History'

Oshawa Generals News Release
Oshawa, Ont., - The Oshawa Generals organization prides itself on the dedication and legacy of its over 80 years of operational history. Whether playing with the team right now or back in our debut season in 1937, the mantra of 'Once a General, always a General' carries the same significance.
Throughout our 84 year history, many young men have dawned the C, exemplifying all of the characteristics of what it means to be an Oshawa General. Our mission is to continue celebrating the legacy of our captains across this organization's history.
This is where we need your help.
Due to multiple home arena changes, staff turnovers, and the simple fact of our lengthy history we have a few missing links in our records of Oshawa Generals captains. We are launching our "Missing Moments in History" campaign to fill in these blanks. Below is a list of every Oshawa Generals season, with its corresponding captain.
We are asking any Oshawa Generals fan, former player, billets, anyone from #GensNation who may be able to identify some of the missing information below. Of course, we are offering a gift card to the Oshawa Generals Store who can help put together some of our missing pieces!
We are looking to confirm our captains from the following seasons - 1940-41, 1942-43, 1944-45, 1946-47 and 1947-48.
