Heat Sign Carter Rowney to Amatuer Try-Out

Abbotsford, BC - Abbotsford Heat General Manager Jay Feaster announced today the signing of Forward Carter Rowney to an Amateur Try-Out (ATO).

Rowney joins the Heat following four years of NCAA hockey at the University of North Dakota (WCHA). The Grande Prairie native played 150 games with the Fighting Sioux over his collegiate career recording 32 goals, 41 assists and 73 points. Rowney attended 2012 Flames Development Camp in Calgary last July.
