TORONTO, ON - The Abbotsford Heat finished the regular season in style, building up a 4-0 lead before coasting to a 5-2 win over the Toronto Marlies on Sunday afternoon in Toronto.

Jon Rheault scored a pair of goals, while Shawn Weller, John Lammers and Chris Breen also replied for the HEAT. Leland Irving stopped 22 of 24 shots in the win.

The Heat will now move on to Rochester to open the Calder Cup Playoffs versus the Rochester Americans on Thursday night in upstate New York.
