
Heat Assign Parsons to Kansas City

Stockton, Calif. - The Stockton Heat, proud AHL affiliate of the NHL's Calgary Flames, announced today that goaltender Tyler Parsons has been assigned to Kansas City.
Parsons, 20, made his AHL debut on January 12 against the Texas Stars and would pick up his first AHL win for the Heat February 3 while playing on the road in San Jose, stopping 32 of 34 shots. Parsons has played the majority of his rookie campaign with the Kansas City Mavericks, having suited up in 22 games posting a 11-9-0 record with a 2.97 goals-against-average and a 0.908 save-percentage.
