
Gwinnett Stripers Announce 2019 Schedule

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Gwinnett Stripers, Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, have announced their schedule of home and road dates for 2019, the team's 11th season at Coolray Field. The Stripers will open the 140-game campaign at home on Thursday, April 4 with a 7:05 p.m. game against the Norfolk Tides.
Standard home game times are unchanged from 2018. Typical Monday-Friday games will start at 7:05 p.m., Saturday games will start at 6:05 p.m. and Sunday games will start at 1:05 p.m. Specialty times for Education Days, Daycare Days and other promotional dates will be released at a later date.
Gwinnett will be home for 11 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in 2019, and will host holiday games on Mother's Day (Sunday, May 12), Memorial Day (Monday, May 27) and Independence Day (Thursday, July 4).
The Stripers will play 13 homestands in all, including April 4-9 vs. Norfolk and Durham, April 15-18 vs. Charlotte, April 23-28 vs. Indianapolis and Toledo, May 7-12 vs. Buffalo and Pawtucket, May 21-27 vs. Charlotte and Norfolk, June 6-9 vs. Durham, June 18-23 vs. Louisville and Syracuse, June 28-30 vs. Indianapolis, July 4-7 vs. Durham, July 15-21 vs. Lehigh Valley and Rochester, July 29-August 4 vs. Durham, Norfolk and Charlotte, August 13-18 vs. Columbus and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, and August 26-29 vs. Norfolk.
Gwinnett's 13 road trips include April 11-14 at Louisville, April 19-21 at Durham, April 29-May 6 at Charlotte and Durham, May 14-19 at Buffalo and Pawtucket, May 28-June 5 at Toledo, Indianapolis and Charlotte, June 11-16 at Lehigh Valley and Syracuse, June 24-27 at Norfolk and Charlotte, July 1-3 at Norfolk, July 11-14 at Charlotte, July 23-28 at Louisville and Columbus, August 6-11 at Rochester and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, August 19-25 at Norfolk and Durham, and August 30-September 2 at Durham.
